Bridget Christie is a multiple-award-winning comedian and writer, with 14 hit solo comedy shows under her belt. Her critically acclaimed sitcom The Chance was recently nominated for a BAFTA and was longlisted for the TV Choice Awards. Her stand-up show ‘A Bic For Her’ broke box office records at the Soho Theatre and won her numerous awards.

Her debut book, A Book For Her, received critical acclaim and was one of the Top 100 Books for Christmas in The Telegraph, the Top Ten Comedy Books in The List, and Book of the Day in The Observer.

Bridget Christie’s most successful stand-up show was ‘A Bic For Her’, which won her the Foster’s 2013 Edinburgh Comedy Award For Best Show, the 2014 South Bank Sky Arts Award for Best Comedy, the 2014 Chortle Award for Best Show, and a 2014 Hospital 100 Club Award for Performance and Theatre. Her 2016 show ‘Because You Demanded It’ was The Guardian’s No 1 Comedy of 2016 and also won the Chortle Award for Best Show. In the same year, she became the first British female comedian to have a stand-up special on Netflix.
