Greek-born comedian George Zach (full name George Zacharopoulos) has firmly established himself in the UK and Australian comedy circuits.
Initially lured by the idea of living like Hugh Grant and Lady Diana, George moved to Britain when he was 18 years old to study Biochemistry.
As a comedian, he has performed across the world from Spain to Hong Kong, and Germany to the Netherlands. He has also supported fellow comics Chris McCausland and Sophie Willan on their national tours, and Jim Jeffries and TJ Miller internationally.

After graduating, George Zach decided a life in science wasn’t for him, so whilst playing poker for a living, he did his first stand-up comedy spot in 2009 in a room above a pub on St Patrick’s Day.
Since then, he has gone on to perform at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival several times, and in 2015 he appeared at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, as well as performing across Europe and the Middle East.
He has also become a popular comic on television, appearing on programmes such as The Comedy Guide to Life, This Week, and The One Show, and even acted in Sky’s Summer Shorts.
