Joe Thomas is an actor and writer best known for playing Simon in the multi-award winning E4 show The Inbetweeners.
Following its success (and the two films that followed), Joe starred in the All Four series of Fresh Meat and in Chickens, which he also co-wrote. Most recently, he starred in the film The Festival and the BBC2 sitcom White Gold.

Whilst Joe Thomas was at Cambridge, he was a member of the Cambridge Footlights along with his future Inbetweeners co-star Simon Bird. After entering the performance world via the Footlights, Joe performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in several shows.
He broke out in television with his role as Simon in The Inbetweeners, which spawned two eponymous movies. As well as playing Simon in The Inbetweeners, he starred as Kingsley in Fresh Meat and George in Chickens. In 2017 he starred in the sitcom White Gold along with his former Inbetweeners co-star James Buckley.
Joe is also a comedy writer and has script development deal with Channel 4, Fudge Park, and BBC.
Alongside his acting and writing roles, Joe is a regular on the stand-up circuit, delighting audiences up and down the country.
Joe co-hosts the Joe and James Fact Up podcast alongside Inbetweeners co-star James Buckley. Together, they search the internet for interesting facts and discuss them in a unique way, blurring the lines between funs, facts, and friendship.
